The wealthiest people I personally know have a few things in common:

1. They are opportunist at heart
2. They manage money well, I’m separating this from leveraging.
3. They leverage money to make money, rather than only working for money via a 9-5. Not to say they don’t have one, or have had a 9-5 at some point.
4. They in many cases, have multiple income streams
5. They hardly ever post about their success, and aren’t flashy. If you were to meet them on the street you would not know the level of their success.
6. In nearly every case, they own their own business or leverage real estate investment properties.

I’m no where near the level of success that these people have achieved, however I aim to structure around these attributes to achieve similar levels of success and wealth that these people have accomplished.
