If you aren’t studying and learning new things, you will remain stagnant in whatever avenue you are in. Don’t become stagnant.

The reason I bought multiple leadership/management books around December wasn’t because I necessarily aim to be a manager or director some day, it was mainly to grow into a better leader in general, as well as to know who isn’t a good leader.
From personal success, family to business, leadership skills are paramount.
Before you can be a leader, there are two prerequisites at the top level:
- Be able to follow first
- Be able to lead yourself
If you can’t follow and learn first you will never be a good leader, also if you can’t lead yourself and self manage your own efforts, you also will not be able to lead and or manager others.
If you know you are following or being directed by someone who isn’t a good/great leader in whatever area you maybe following them in, why continue to follow that person and allow them to lead you?
Time is the most valuable commodity/resource, and we can’t store or restore it. So don’t waist your time following, and don’t waist others time by leading them incorrect.
Thankful for good leaders in my life.
